What we're cooking
Brunch and fire, morning through evening. We change things up often, so there's always something new to try.
imagine a waffle and a croissant having a food baby; a fresh viennoiserie dough, cooked to order in the waffle iron
our take on the typical hawker food you'd find in south east asia (or a market in kiwiland)
your choice of meats, smoked low and slow, served on a tray w/ fries, bach beans, pickles, crunchy slaw, a slice of brioche and jalapeño & coriander crema. meats: pulled beef, smoked pulled chicken, pulled pork
all burgers & sandwiches served in a brioche bun w/ fries or tater tots
One of the great traditions of bach life in Kiwiland is catching fish, deer or something else, then sitting down to cook it over an open fire while sharing a few bevvies and stories with friends and whanau. Don't worry here though, we'll do the hunting and cooking, but you have to do the sharing. Almost every dish, including the veg, has been smoked or cooked over kanaku (fire). Food comes out as it's ready.
all shakes are made to order with full fat milk and vanilla ice cream
Fancy more than one beer? Get 4 x 1/3 tap beers of your choice to sip through while you're waiting, eating & chatting.
